All orders are shipped via Royal Mail within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to postal disruptions beyond our control.

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional postage costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking Your Order

If you select a tracked Royal Mail service, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
You can use this number to track your delivery on the Royal Mail website.

Missed Delivery or Lost Items

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order and it’s returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
