Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for a fast and reliable service.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 1–3 working days after dispatch. Tracking updates are sent directly to your email or phone.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping will be added soon.
Product Use & Instructions
How many uses does The Kicker Mitt™ last for?
With proper rinsing and care, the mitt lasts for up to 200 uses.
Can The Kicker Mitt™ be used on all footwear materials?
Yes. It is designed to safely clean trainers, gym shoes, kids’ footwear, football boots, mesh, canvas and leather-based shoes.
Do I need to use Shoe Goo with the mitt?
You can use the mitt alone, but the best results come from pairing it with our Lemon Shoe Goo formula.
Is the Shoe Goo formula safe?
Yes. It is gentle on materials while still lifting dirt and grime. It is safe for all common trainer materials.
Is the Shoe Goo scented?
Yes. It has a fresh lemon scent.
Cleaning & Care
How do I clean The Kicker Mitt™ after use?
Rinse the mitt under warm water until clean, squeeze out excess water, then leave it to air dry.
How do I wash the microfibre towel?
Wash at 30°C, avoid fabric softeners, and allow it to air dry to maintain absorbency.
Can the mitt be used on delicate or expensive footwear?
Yes. The microfibre surface is non-scratch and safe for premium footwear. If unsure, test on a small area first.
Is it safe for suede or nubuck?
We do not recommend heavy scrubbing on suede or nubuck. Light surface cleaning only.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Yes. All orders are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, we will replace the product or refund you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photographs. We will resolve it quickly.
