Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

During particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you by email.

UK Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48®.

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to postal delays, peak periods, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

The delivery service and charge will also be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information is available, you will receive your tracking details by email.

You can use these details to follow your delivery through Royal Mail.

Delivery Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Missed Deliveries and Delivery Problems

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, please follow the instructions provided by Royal Mail to arrange redelivery or collection.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
